Will this hitch fit 1978 c-10 2 wheel drive heavey duty suspension factory installed stepbumper with no modifacations needed for installation of this hitch?

The only modifications you will need to make on your 1978 Chevy C-10 2WD to install this Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 75034 will be that you will need to drill a few holes and relocate the spare tire mount.
