We do carry a hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver for your 2017 Ford Edge. The Curt # C12140 is a Class II hitch that is a complete bolt-on installation that, according to the linked instructions, will take a professional mechanic just a half-hour to install.
There are a couple notes to consider with this hitch - the hands-free Liftgate sensor on your Edge will be limited to areas away from the center of the hitch where the receiver is; it will still activate, just on the sides of the receiver. Also, this hitch is going to require the use of stabilizing straps # 18050 with all non-trailer accessories such as bike racks and cargo carriers in order to maintain the warranty. I've added a link to a demonstration video for you which shows you how the straps are used as well as a link to a video showing this hitch being installed on a '17 Edge.
