On the equal-i-zer 90-02-4900 do you know what the measurement is from the top of the hitch to the bottom hole?

For the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank, Item # EQ90-02-4900, the measurement from the top of the shank to the center of the bottom hole is 9-3/4 inches. I have attached a photo for you to look at.
