I'm happy to assist you with the wiring for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I recommend you start with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118416 to get the 4-way you need for the next step. This will install to the factory wiring behind the driver's side tail light.
Next, you will need the Universal Brake Controller Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit will give you the connector to convert your 4-way and also give you the other wiring, circuit breakers, and connectors you need to make your 7-way completely functional. Adding a brake controller will be a requirement for that complete functionality.
The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 is an excellent choice and will work very well for you using this wiring. I've attached a video of this installation for you to make it easier and have also included a wiring article for this kit.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
