I contacted our representative at Roadmaster and he informed me that the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, part # 1910-1 will work with your dealer installed brush guard.

To complete your flat-towing setup, you will need a tow bar, safety cables, wiring or lighting, and a supplemental brake system.

The Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar, part # RM-522, would be a good option for a tow bar as it is a non-binding tow bar. The non-binding feature makes for easier hookup and disconnecting of your vehicle.

The Roadmaster Coiled Safety Cables, part # RM-643, will keep your vehicle attached to your motor home in the event your tow bar were to disconnect from the hitch ball.

For lighting, you could use the Magnetic Towing Light Kit, part # RM-2120. If you are going to be towing often, I would recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, part # RM-154 as it would just plug into your vehicle each time you tow.

Most states now require the use of a supplemental braking system when flat-towing a vehicle. I would recommend the Roadmaster Portable Braking System, part # RM-9400, which will help you slow down and help you reduce wear on your motor home brakes.

You will want to contact your Land Rover dealership for steps needed to take when flat-towing. Some vehicles must be equipped with a transmission lube pump, axle disconnect or free-wheeling hubs before being towed.

I have linked a video review of the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar, part # RM-522, and an FAQ on flat-towing for you.
