The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76021 is rated for tongue weights up to 675 lbs, but you will want to make sure you consult your owner's manual as that hitch will most likely be rated higher than your manufacturer's specifications and you will be limited by the frame it is attached to.
For your application you can use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Platform 2 Bike Rack w/Cargo Carrier # HR1450Z-85 which does not require the separate dual hitch adapter. It will also not restrict the height of your gear in the carrier.
If you want the dual hitch adapter like # MPG544, it will reduce your tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50%, but it will also give you more bike rack and cargo carrier options. For instance you can use the Thule Doubletrack # TH92BJ and the 22-1/2x49 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18113. You will simply be restricted by the height between the carrier platform and the bottom of the platform on the bike rack.
For the total weight, you will need to add the adapter, the bike rack, the cargo rack, the bike weights and the cargo weight and make sure it is rated under 337-1/2 lbs or whatever your max tongue weight capacity of your vehicle may be.
