Parts Needed to Complete a Trailer Towing setup for a 1997 Chrysler Concorde

I have a 1997 Chrysler Concorde. I am looking into purchasing the hitch, ball mount, and the wiring. Is there anything else I would need? Will this include the bolts, washers, and nuts? Thanks.
