Will a Step-Through Bike Fit the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HR1400Z
Question:
Will the top hook lower enough to work on a 17 inch womens pass through bike? A Jamis Explorer Femme - the bottom on the step through is approx. 19 inches off the ground. Want to make sure that the pass through doesnt make the bike too low to be secures or that there is a converter.

Yes, your Jamis Explorer Femme will fit and be secure on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HR1400Z. The frame at the crank at 19 inches is not too low for the hooks. If you look at the rack closely you will see that one hook is taller than the other. What I would do is make sure that the shorter hook is put on the upright first followed by the longer one. This will ensure that the hook can go as low as it can to properly secure the step-through frame bike.
