If you don't already have a trailer hitch on your 2007 Honda CR-V, then I recommend you use the Draw-Tite # 75547. This hitch has a 2 inch receiver to allow you to use whatever bike carrier or cargo carrier you desire. I've attached a video of this installation.
If you don't already have a bike rack, then I recommend a platform style rack that will allow you to put your wheels in cradles instead of having the frame contact of a hanging frame. You may want to check out the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR. This is a popular option for your vehicle that has the tilting and folding functions. I also recommend the Cable Locks and Hitch Lock for Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Rack # PTSCLK12 to secure your investment.
If you are looking for something specific, let me know and I'll be happy to assist.
