Front Hitch and Carrier Recommendation for 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 for Scooter Carrier
Question:
Would you please give me your opinion of using a hitch on the front of my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with Cummins diesel for carrying my Honda scooter when pulling my trailer. What hitch and receiver would you recommend? Thank you.

For your 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 we have front hitches like the Draw Tite # 65046 which have a vertical carrying capacity of 500 lbs.
The Ultra Fab carrier part # UF48-979033 that you referenced would be a great choice for a carrier. It weighs 51 lbs and has a capacity of 500 lbs. So with the hitch I mentioned you'd have right at 450 lbs of capacity left over for the weight weight of your scooter which shouldn't be a problem.
