I do have a solution for you, however the Kuat Beta Folding 2 Bike Rack # B202-2 referenced in your question is not rated for use behind a trailer. Because of the extra movement and stress that is put on a bike rack when it is mounted to the rear of a trailer, only certain bike racks are approved by the manufacturer to be used in this manner. Folding racks like the Kuat Beta typically cannot be used, as the folding feature creates a point of movement that can result in failure when exposed to the extra stress behind a trailer.

I instead recommend the Swagman Trailhead 4-Bike Rack # S63381, which is a similar hanging-style rack that is approved for use behind your fifth wheel trailer. It will side right into the 2 inch hitch receiver you have installed and it features anti-sway cradles that will secure your bikes at 3 different points to allow for a stable ride. The carrier can handle 4 bikes of up to 35 poinds. I recommend adding the Locking Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin # S64027 to secure your investment and help deter theft.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this carrier that you can also check out.

With this or any hanging-style bike rack, you might also need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01 if you plan on carrying any children's, woman's, or alternative frame bikes. This will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance. I have included a video demonstration on this product so you can see exactly how it works and why it might be needed.
