We actually don't manufacture any of the products on our site. The 5th Wheel Lifting Bracket # DM6100 that you referenced is made by Demco and we started carrying it a few years ago.
The lifting bracket has a weight capacity of 500 lbs so you shouldn't have trouble lifting any 5th wheel hitch, plus it is made right here in the USA!
