Gauge of Power Wire on the Hopkins Endurance Quick-Install 7-Way Trailer Connector
Question:
My trailer requires a 10 gauge wire for the battery to rear-vehicle connection. I am looking for the vehicle side 7-pole connector for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Would this model work for this vehicle and accommodate the wire gauge requirement

The Hopkins Endurance Quick-Install 7-Way Trailer Connector with Universal Pigtail Harness - Vehicle End # HM47210 will have 10 gauge wire for the 12V, ground, and brake controller output wires.
For your 12V power, I recommend using the # 10-1-1 wire along with circuit breaker # 9510 and Butt Connectors # DW05745-10.
