Does the Load Range E ST225/75R15 Kenda Karrier # AM10303 have an M Speed Rating or 81 mph

Question:

I saw somewhere on this site that this tire was a M speed rated 81 mph tire. I have these on a new 5th wheel - please verify the speed rating.

The ST225/75R15 Kenda Karrier # AM10303 Load Range E tire that you referenced does have a Speed Rating of M (81 mph).

Please note that you will want to keep the cold psi rating at 80 psi to achieve the 2,830 lbs max load rating. This will also allow you to safely operate your trailer within that 81 mph speed rating. If your tires are under inflated then you run the risk of having a blow out due to excessive heat build up, and if they are over inflated then you would see center tread wear.

You will also want to consult your vehicle and trailer owner's manuals to confirm that it is safe to tow your trailer at higher speeds.
