The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 306-X7601 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon. I've attached a couple videos of this installation on similar models. We haven't had the wheel trim on these models, so I can only assume there are similar plugs as other vehicles that you need to remove the center section of with a flathead screwdriver and then remove the rest of the plug. The sensors can normally stay in the bumper locations, you just need to unplug the sensors from the wiring harness.
