If your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe is the SE or Limited model, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer HItch Receiver # 75776 that you referenced is indeed confirmed to fit your vehicle. This Class III hitch will use existing holes in the Santa Fe's frame for a no-drill installation. Just note that the spare tire will need to be lowered or temporarily removed during installation.
I have attached the installation video on the 2017 model that you can use for reference. The process should be very similar on your 2018 model.
If you are looking to do some towing, I recommend the Curt Wiring Harness # C56332 if your Santa Fe has the factory tow package, or the Curt # C56184 if you do not have the tow package. These custom-fit harnesses will provide you with a 4-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights.
I have included the installation instructions for both harnesses that you can take a look at.
Lastly, in order to tow a trailer, you will need a ball mount and hitch ball. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection.
