For your 2018 Toyota Sienna, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105. This is a two inch hitch receiver that will allow you to tow up to your manufacturer's rated specs if 3,500 lbs. It also will allow the vast majority of hitch accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers.
If you will be towing with this trailer hitch receiver, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648 which installs behind each tail light and draws power directly from your battery. This harness will protect your factory electrical system because the power required for your trailer or accessory is drawn directly from your vehicle battery. I've attached an article and a video to help with this installation.
For a ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise - 7.5K - Black # BWTS10035B. This will give you two common hitch ball sizes along with the adjustability to tow many trailers level. It has a very cool stowable option to protect your shins when not in use and give a clean look to the back of your Sienna. I recommend using a hitch lock like # BX8858 to protect your investment.
