I have a suspension enhancement solution that will work great on your 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 with a B and W Gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1394 installed but there are no air bag systems that will be compatible.
Instead you'd need to go with a Timbren kit like part # TDR1525H4 which is a fit for your truck and will work with the rail kit installed.
