I do have similar options for your 2006 Chevrolet Corvette with the 6.0L V8 LS2 engine that can give you an idea of how much horsepower and torque is gained from your cold air intake and performance tuner but unless I knew the exact brand and model of them, I would not be able to accurately estimate power increases.
For example, the Airaid CAD Cold Air Intake System part # AR252-218 can give you gains in horsepower up to 22 HP and torque up to 14 TQ. A performance tuner like the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner part # SU2845 can give you gains in horsepower up to 11.7 HP and torque up to 11 TQ. These numbers will vary depending on the brand and model of your intake and tuner but should be fairly similar.
If you are really looking to increase horsepower and torque you will want to install an exhaust system like the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System part # MF15884. The MagnaFlow system will give you the signature V8 engine rumble in addition to increases in horpsower up to 12 HP and torque up to 11 TQ. It is constructed of stainless steel and comes with everything needed installation.
In regards to the check engine light (CEL), the low pressure bank reading could be anything from a faulty injection to a vacuum leak therefore you will need to take the vehicle to a local mechanic for inspection.
