Hitch and 2-Bike Rack Recommendation for 2003 Honda CR-V

Question:

I have a 2003 CR-V and looking for a tow hitch with a 2 inch receiver and a bike rack for two bikes to go with it. Any ideas? I do have the external spare tire. Thank you,

For a 2 inch hitch confirmed to fit your 2003 Honda CR-V we have the Draw Tite hitch part # 75690 which is a confirmed fit and would be best option since it does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a bike rack like the Curt hitch does.

When we installed this hitch on a 2003 Honda CR-V there was 9 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole out to the furthest point out on the rear spare. So you'll need a bike rack with a decent amount of clearance. A very popular option we have for a 2 bike rack that has the needed clearance is the LetsGoAero NEO2 Bike Rack # B0178 which has 12-1/4 inches from it's pin hole to the back of the upright mast.
