Hi, does the TH830 work with a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen that has factory installed roof rails but no crossbar?

The Thule Stacker Kayak Carrier you referenced, part # TH830 does fit on your 2010 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen but you need to add crossbars first.
To add the crossbars I recommend the Thule Evo raised rail feet # TH710401 along with the 47 inch WingBars. The Wingbars come in both silver, # TH711200, and black, # TH711220. The feet attach to the factory roof rails and provide an attachment point for the crossbars.
