To use your Blue Ox Patriot Supplemental Braking System # BLU37TR on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, you will need to add the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332. This is needed to provide power to the braking system on your Jeep. Unless you are planning to use magnetic tow lights for your vehicle, you will also need the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400. This is required to prevent the Jeep's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
I have attached a couple installation videos for these parts on your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that you can use for reference.
In addition to the braking system, you will also need a base plate kit, tow bar wiring/lighting solution, a tow bar and safety cables. If you still need any of these items, please let me know and I will be happy to make some recommendations. I have also attached a great article on flat towing that you might find helpful.
