Do you think that BMP038 would work on the Reese Sportwing to haul my fat bike.

The Fat Tire Adapter Kit for the Let's Go Aero Bike Wing, part # BMP038 may work on your Reese Sportwing.
I did go out to the warehouse and measure the holes on the straps, and the small hole that would go inside towards the frame of the carrier is 3/8 inches wide, and the holes that would connect to the outside of the carrier is about 1/2 inches wide.
