It sounds to me like you looking for an anti-rattle sleeve that will work with the 2-1/2" to 2" reducer sleeve you have on your Class V 2-1/2" trailer hitch receiver. For this you will need two sleeves, one for the 2-1/2" opening using part # 325-GH-063 and one for the 2" opening using part # GY88XR.

The above anti-rattle sleeve will do a great job of reducing rattle and hitch movement. Each adapter has two hex head set screws which will both tighten the device to the ball mount and make aligning the hitch pin holes much easier. The allen key that will be needed to tighten the set screw is included with the anti-rattle sleeve.
