Recommended Adapter for Chevy and GMC Trucks with Factory Prep Package Rails and Pucks for 5th Wheel

all 2017 GM products with factory under bed hitch need a adaptor for 3500 GMC why your website has no understanding of this

Expert Reply:
We have two adapters available for short bed 2017 GM Trucks with the underbed rail kit. You can use the Curt # C16023 for Curt Sliding 5th Wheel hitches, or the Demco adapter # DM6194 for all other industry standard 5th wheel hitches with short beds.
For the 8 foot beds, the only adapter available is the Demco # DM6206 which installs in the pucks to attach standard above bed rails with no drilling or welding required.
These are the only adapters we have available for the Chevy/GMC factory underbed puck systems. We do have other hitches made specifically to fit these vehicles as well.
