Which chain tensioner should I buy to fit the chains on my 2016 4 wheel drive Toyota Tundra with tire size P275/65R18? Thank you.

For your wheels that are 18 inches in diameter the Glacier Multi Arm Adjusters part # PW105 would be what you'd want. These are designed for light duty trucks like your Tundra with wheel diameters that are between 15 and 18 inches.
We have found these to be the easiest to use and install too so we know they'll work well for you.
