Recommended Ball Mount with 4 Inch Drop and 10,000 Pound Towing Capacity

can this pull 10,000 pounds? if not what can? need the drop.

The Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2-5/16 Inch Ball # C45042 referenced in your question has a maximum towing capacity of 7,500 pounds.

For a ball mount that will provide the same 4 inch drop and give you a 10,000 pound capacity, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 40202. This sturdy steel ball mount is compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers and also features a tongue weight of 1,000 pounds. You will just need to add a compatible 2-5/16 inch hitch ball like # 19286.
