Recommendation For Flat Towing A 2011 Buick Regal 2.4L
Question:
I have a 2011 Buick Regal 2.4L. A friend has done business with etrailer in the past and said your the best. Can you provide a quote for everything you would recommend I use for a complete installation. The car has never been used as a dingy vehicle.

The items needed to tow your 2011 Buick Regal will include base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, wiring, maybe a high-low hitch adapter, and a braking system.
For your 2011 Buick Regal, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ2 Base Plate Item # 523169-1 because it is designed for your vehicle. It also has twistlock brackets that are virtually invisible and can be removed. The Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Item # RM-522 is a great choice that fits the Roadmaster EZ2 Base Plate. You will also need safety cables like Item # RM-643.
A good lighting kit for your Buick is the Roadmaster Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-15267 that will use your vehicle's tail lights and also includes 7-wire to 6-wire coiled electrical cord.
A high-low hitch adapter may also be needed to keep your vehicle fairly level while being flat towed. A "safe zone" of 3 inches above or 3 inches below level must be maintained while towing a vehicle. High-low adapters provide necessary rise or drop to get into the "safe zone". I have attached a link to our available selections.
Finally, the SMI Stay-In-Play Braking System Item # SM99251 is a great proportional braking system that has a convenient one time set-up. If your Buick's brake lights do not illuminate when engine is off then you will also need a stop light switch kit like Item # RM-751448. I did not have an installation video for a Buick but I have attached one for a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu.
Before towing your 2011 Buick Regal 2.4L, check your vehicle owner's manual for suggestions and recommendations.
Pricing is included with each item's description and our customer service can prepare you a total quote that includes shipping.
