Most of our platform style bike racks while installed on a fourth generation 2015 Honda CR-V will clear the rear hatch. Some bike racks will allow you to do this with the bikes attached whereas others will require the bikes to be removed before tilted downward.
In order to attach a platform style bike rack to the rear of your CR-V you will first need a trailer hitch if you do not already have one and for this I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75742. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening that will allow for a much wider variety of bike racks to be used. You can see this hitch installed on a similar 2015 Honda CR-V which I have attached for you.
Finally, for a platform style bike rack that will clear the rear hatch with the bikes left on, I recommend taking a look at the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack part # KU74FR. The Kuat Transfer is a two bike carrier that works with both 1-1/4" and 2" trailer hitch receivers. The adjustable wheel cradles ensure the bikes are always held at the optimal angle and it also comes with a threaded hitch pin lock. For a full list of features on this bike rack take a look at the review video I have attached for you which happens to also be on a 2015 Honda CR-V.
