Slider Hitch Recommendation for 2017 Ford F-250 Short Bed with B and W Gooseneck Hitch
Question:
I have a 2017 F-250 with 6foot 9inch bed and recently installed a BandW gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch. Went camping and during a manoeuver, busted the truck back window. Can I replace the 5th wheel hitch with part # DM8550034 on the BandW gooseneck hitch? Thanks,

I have a slider fifth wheel hitch that can fit the B and W gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1116 you have installed in the bed of your truck, but there's no way to install a Demco auto slide hitch to a B and W gooseneck.
What you'd want instead is the Companion Slider part # BWRVK3400 which will allow you to slide the hitch back when making a tight turn to prevent cab to trailer interference.
