For your son's Coleman Royale Destiny Pop-up, I recommend the Demco A-Frame Trailer Coupler w/ Jack Hole - eZ-Latch - Black - 2" Ball - Bolt On - 10K # DM14793-81 because it is an easy bolt on installation for 2 inch hitch ball compatibility. A more economical option is the weld on A-Frame Trailer Coupler - Yoke Latch - Black - 2" Ball - Weld On - 8,000 lbs # CA-5210-B.
Both have the trailer jack attachment point for easy mounting of your jack to raise and lower the trailer tongue. For this jack, I recommend the Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 15" Lift - 2,000 lbs # PS1401000303. Then you will want to use either the foot # PS1400700340 or the wheel # PS1400750340.
