To use two 6V batteries, you will connect them in series to get your 12V output. If you are simply looking to power your equipment from the batteries when it is cloudy or dark, you can simply use # 10-2-1 wire and a circuit breaker like # 9510 in line on the positive power wire.
However, if you are looking to charge trailer batteries using the solar panel and use the batteries to power your equipment, I recommend using the Deka 2/0 Gauge Overmolded Battery Cable Harness Assembly - Red - 7" Long # DW04362 or # DW04363 to connect your batteries. Use # 10-2-1 wiring to your radio equipment. To connect your solar charged cooler speaker to your batteries to use the solar to charge the two 6V batteries, you will use the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D. This will give you the solar connection input and a battery output to charge and maintain your batteries as well as run your radio and speakers.
