For your trailer, I recommend the etrailer.com Round A-Frame Trailer Jack # TJA-5000-B. This economically priced A-Frame jack features a lift capacity of 3,000 pounds and a static capacity of 5,000 pounds. You will just want to make sure this is sufficient for the tongue weight of your trailer. It will give you a total travel of 14-1/8 inches. It does have a 3 hole mounting bracket and an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
If you are needing a footplate, you can use # JF-99.
