While Bearing Buddies are typically seen on boat trailer for marine use, there is no reason they cannot be used on a travel trailer like yours. They will do a great job of keeping dirt and moisture out of the hub and allow for easy access when greasing the bearings.
In order to choose the correct Bearing Buddy for your trailer, you will need to measure the inside diameter of your hub bore. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurement will need to be exact. Also, if you happen to know the outer bearing number on your hub, I can use this to determine the correct Bearing Buddy size.
For example, the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB2047 that you were looking at are designed to fit 2.047 inch hub bores.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product along with a link that will take you to our available selection of Bearing Buddies. You can use the facets on the left side of the page to filter through the different sizes.
