I have a Class C 24ft Motor home with LT 225-175R- 16inch tire size for the spare tire I am wondering what tire cover size I will need!

Your 225/75-16 tire should be 8.8 inches wide and 29 inches tall. If your round up to 9 inches wide and 30 inches tall covers that fit that size will work well on your tire. I have linked the options for you to the right. If you are looking for white then # 052963751604 would be the best option.

I would rather you go with the part #ST7002WH which is the next size up from the part #ST7001WH that you referenced. The smaller size would most likely fit, but it would be tight enough that it would be a bit of a struggle.

Most likely the new axle has self-adjusting brakes which when new are known for feeling pretty weak. The good news is that you can keep applying them over and over while the trailer is traveling and they will tighten and get more sensitive feeling.

Actually on brake magnets for trailers either wire can be used as the power or the ground so the colors don't really mean anything. Most likely the magnet manufacturer just put what ever color was most convenient on your trailer.
