I am looking for a spare tire mount to use on the trailer tongue of my 1962 Shasta Compact. The wheel is a 4 hole, 13” wheel. Do you carry that? Thanks

I have exactly what you are looking for to carry a 13 inch spare tire on your 1962 Shasta Compact. I recommend the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Fits 4- and 5-Lug Wheels # FSTC1000301. This will fit trailer frames up to 3 inches wide and 4 inches high.
