Since the Demco Trailer Coupler # DM14040-81 that you referenced has a lock pin hole with a diameter of 5/16" and a minimum span of 3" for the pin lock, the BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock # BL7025285 that you referenced is compatible.

The pin diameter is 5/16" and it has a 1/2" - 3-3/8" inside pin length span.

I was able to confirm with my contact at Optronics that the mounting post on the #MCL95AB is stainless steel, but the mounting hardware is not.
