We do have an option for you to add a 4-Way flat wiring connector to your 1995 Jeep Cherokee, but the Hopkins # HM42635 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit.
What you will want to use instead is the Tekonsha # 119178KIT which is a hardwire installation that uses quick-splices to make it easier. Installation instructions have been attached for you to reference.
If you will be towing with your Cherokee but do not already have a trailer hitch then I recommend part # 75054 which I have attached a sample installation video for.
To complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. The Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball - 2" Drop # C45036 is a very popular option that also includes a hitch pin and clip but you will want to check out the attached helpful article on ball mounts to ensure that this is correct for your towing setup.
