Trailer Hitch for Bike Rack on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 With Park Sense

Hi, I want to install hitch on my JEEP GC SRT8 2014. I would be mainly using it for my hitch bike rack. Kindly advise suitable hitch for my car also will my park sense utility work or will there be any modification done on the rear bumper? After installing hitch will it be enclosed within rear cover or will it protrude out ? Kindly advise. Thanks

I can help you find the right hitch and rack for your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8, however, the park sense will be interfered with by the presence of the bikes and the rack and won't be useable when the rack is installed. However, the park sense should function normally when the bike rack isn't installed.

I recommend the Draw-Tite Max Frame Hitch Receiver, part # 75699, and I've included a video of this hitch being installed on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee so you can get familiar with the process.
