Hanging Bike Rack Recommendation with Best Ground Clearance

Question:

I have a class 1 hitch on my 2011 Subaru Impreza. I have a steep incline when I back out of my garage and into the lane and I am looking for a hitch mounted bike rack with good ground clearance. The two racks I am looking at are the Pro Series 2 bike hitch mounted folding rack # 63120 and the Swagman Trailhead 2 bike rack # S63360. Of these two racks which one has the greatest rise of the bar that connects to the hitch receiver and of these two which one extends the least out of the receiver before it bends upward? The bottom of my hitch receiver is 9inch off the ground and any hitch extending straight back at the 9inch level too far will hit the asphalt when reversing out of the driveway. Any other rack suggestions? Thanks

The Swagman Trailhead part # S63360 has the larger rise at 3 inches over the # 63120 which has 2 inches.

The Trailhead also has about two inches of straight shank directly out of the hitch opening before starting to angle upward. It's the ground clearance winner for sure.
