The Draw Tite hitch part # 75758 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Ford Escape and also was a fit for your 2013 so most likely it's what you have. To order replacement hardware for the hitch you'll need part # RHK. On the product page you'll need to select Draw Tite and then in the part number box you'll need to enter 75758.
