Recommended Hitch for 2004 Lexus GX 470

Question:

i i need to buy a hitch reciever for my lexus gx470 - it is 6 big holes on the bottom where i can bolt on the reciever. but i cannot find anything . i see that you sell a reciever for gx 460 but the holes on the 460 is diagnonal. my 470 has straight line holes

There is a hitch that is a confirmed fit for your 2004 Lexus GX 470, the Draw-Tite # 75155. This is a bolt-on hitch with a 6,000 lb towing capacity and 600 lb tongue weight capacity; I've attached a link to video of this hitch being installed on an '04 GX 470 for you to take a look at.

If you were looking to tow and did not have the factory tow package, you would need to add a 4-flat connector, the Curt # C59236. I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
