Upgrading 2017 Nissan Frontier from 4-Way # C56225 to 7-Way
Question:
I just purchased a 7 pin trailer light/brake kit for my 2017 Nissan Frontier. pn 118266. I already have the 4 pin flat connector in the truck. Do I have to use the relays that came with the 7-pin setup or will the relays from the 4-pin kit still work?

On your 2017 Nissan Frontier, since you already have installed the 4-way with the relays # C56225, you will not need to install other relays to upgrade using the # 118266 to the 7-way trailer connector. Your tow package wiring will already be active. You could simply use the wiring connector # 118267.
