I just replaced my bumper with an aftermarket bumper 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited the D rings are three-quarter inch with 7\8 pin

Your best option would be to get the Roadmaster Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 3/4" Thick # RM-035. These will also fit both 7/8 and 1 inch diameter holes. This will fit your D-rings. For this application, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520 and safety cables # RM-643.
