Cannot Find Connector for Brake Controller on 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn
Question:
I took the lower part of dash off under steering column. I looked everywhere pulled every wire, looked st your videos filled brake wire and still cant find plug help please. 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 big horn.

The connector that you need to install a brake controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195 using the Plug-In Adapter # 3024-P on your 2016 Ram 1500 should be under the driver side dash to the right side of the steering column as demonstrated in the attached installation video. Sometimes these connectors can be shoved way up under the dash.
If you still cannot find it then you have a few options. The easiest would be to take your truck to a Dodge Ram dealer and see if they can locate it for you. The other option would be to install your own wiring.
If you choose to install your own wiring then you will need the Tekonsha # 119178KIT, which gives you a 4-Way for basic trailer light functions, as well as the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7. These 2 items will give you everything that you need to install a fully functioning 7-Way on your Ram 1500.
