Recommended Trailer Wiring Harness for 2008 Toyota Tacoma

Do you have new trailer plug in with bracket and wires

I do have a few different wiring options available for your 2008 Toyota Tacoma, depending on what is already installed on the truck.
If your Tacoma happened to come with a factory 7-Way wiring harness, there is not a replacement 7-Way currently available. If it has a factory 4-Way wiring harness and you are wanting to convert it to a 7-Way, I recommend the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit includes all of the wiring you need to install a fully functional 7-Way and also includes a mounting bracket. I have attached a great article that details the installation steps for this kit that you might find helpful.
If there is no existing wiring or connector on the Tacoma, you will first need to install a 4-Way connector. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118496. This custom-fit harness will install by connecting directly to the existing ports located behind the driver and passenger side tail lights on your truck. You can then use the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 to add a fully functional 7-Way connector.
I have included a few demonstration videos on the products mentioned as well as the written installation instructions for you to check out.
