We do not have an adapter, but you can easily make one using the Pollak 9-Pole, Round Pin Trailer Connector - Trailer End # PK12906 and the Hopkins Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole # 37185.

On a standard 9 way, the following connections are made:
White - Ground
Blue - Electric Brakes
Green - Tail, License and Running Lights
Black - Battery Charge
Red - Stop and Left-Hand Turn Signal
Brown - Stop and Right-Hand Turn Signal
Yellow - Back-up, Auxiliary Ground or Circuit
Gray - Auxiliary Circuit
Orange - Reefer (tag) or Stop

If the colors don't match, you will need to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to determine function. I've attached an article to assist with the wiring of your 7-way. Your adapter will only use the 7 functions.
