Custom Fit Brake Controller Wiring Harness for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and P3 Brake Controller

i will be purchasing an tekonsha p3 brake controller. I have a Toyota Tacoma with a tow package so I have the plug under my dash. is the 3031-P included as in the picture or is it a bare ended wire

The P3 brake controller # 90195 comes with a universal pigtail with one end that plugs into the brake controller and the other end with just wires. The vehicle specific pigtail with plugs on both ends is sold separately. For your 2016 Toyota Tacoma with factory tow package you would need pigtail # 3031-P like you said.
