There are Curt 16K 5th wheel hitches to fit your 2015 Ram 2500 with 6-1/2 foot bed. If you do not have the factory rail kit that has the pucks in the bed of your truck, then I recommend you start with a custom rail kit like the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck - Carbide Finish # C16427-204. This will give you the standard 5th wheel rails without drilling into your frame due to the custom brackets that use holes already present.

Then for the hitch, I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16521. This will have great king pin contact with interlocking jaws and has a 3-point indicator system for confirmed connection.
