As long as you have a trailer hitch receiver installed on your vehicle, the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR referenced in your question will do a great job of securing your Specialized Roll Sport - Low Entry bikes. This is an excellent, platform-style rack featuring ratcheting hooks that will hold the bikes by the wheels, so you will not have to worry about the alternative, step through frame on your bikes. The adjustable pitch on the front-wheel cradles ensure that the wheels are held at optimal angles and the anti-rattle hitch pin will reduce movement of the rack inside your hitch. The rack also includes an easy to use foot pedal that will allow you to tilt and fold the rack away from the vehicle, with the bikes still loaded, for easy rear cargo access. It is compatible with tires of up to 3 inches wide and can hold 2 bikes of up to 40 pounds each.
